The Provider Portal, Gabby and CoreMMIS applications may experience intermittent unavailability between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Saturday, 2/21/26 due to scheduled system maintenance.
Gainwell is aware of various claim issues impacting CCBHC, Waiver and MRO provider types, that have surfaced due to a recent promotion that occurred in late January. These issues are being resolved as quickly as possible. As issues are resolved, claims are being reprocessed or adjusted as applicable. No action on your part is required. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

What can you do in the Provider Healthcare Portal?


Through the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) secure and easy-to-use internet portal, healthcare providers can:

  • Submit claims
  • Check on the status of their claims
  • Inquire on a patient's eligibility
  • View their Remittance Advices

Managed Care Entities can:
  • Enroll, disenroll, and update primary medical providers
  • Review their encounter claims
  • Inquire on a managed care member's eligibility

In addition, the Portal provides access to a wide variety of IHCP information and resources.
